*This is your reservation, once a butcher date is set, you will be notified to make sure that date works. If it does, we will then notify you to specify your cutting instructions before the butcher date. Once the hanging weight is set, we will invoice you for the meat total*

Non GMO Corn Fed, hormone and antibiotic free fresh Black/Red Angus Beef.  Prepared to order, frozen, vacuum packed bone-in beef. All cuts are from whole cow and packages are divided in quarters, resulting in 1/4 of all of the cuts, as opposed to just half of the front or back.

Cuts include the following:

  • Steaks (you specify thickness and # per package)
    • Tenderloin Steak
    • T-bone Steak
    • Rib Steak
    • Sirloin Tip Steak
    • Top Sirloin Steak
    • Flank Steak
  • Roasts (2-3-5 lbs per package your choice)
    • Sirloin Tip Roast
    • Tri-tip Roast
    • Arm Roast
    • Chuck Roast
    • Round Rump Roast
  • Optional - you need to specify if you want them from the butcher
    • Liver
    • Heart
    • Tongue
    • Tail
  • Ground beef (40-60lbs - you specify 1/1.5/2lb packages)
  • Other

    • Short ribs (keep or grind to ground beef)
    • Stew meat (keep or grind to ground beef)
    • Brisket (keep or grind to ground beef)
    • Soup/dog Bones (keep or grind to ground beef)

**Amounts are estimated and it is all based off of the hanging weight. We shoot for 200lb hanging weight which you take between 60-70% of it home depending on how your process it (bones in etc.) **
