Each 1/4 of a beef is estimated to be about 200-225lb hanging weight (60-70% of that will be take home depending on how you process it).

You are charged $3.50 per lb hanging weight (so roughly $700+ for the meat). You will also need to pay the butcher for Processing (roughly $0.88/lb hanging weight) and you will pay that when you pick it up from the butcher. 

At the point of sale, we only charge a $100 deposit to hold your spot and it will be taken off the total when the beef is processed. If you decide you do not want the beef or something comes up, we will refund if we can find someone to fulfill that spot otherwise you will lose your deposit.
